A home inspection that is thorough and complete can take from two to four hours, depending on many different factors. Our clients are presented with a very detailed inspection report listing all of the findings, together with color pictures of any areas that cause concern. We encourage our clients to be present during the process, and to ask any questions they may have. We are available to answer any questions even after the inspector has left.
